Prototype Plugin

Auto Prototype is a Figma plugin I designed and built to kill one of the most tedious parts of design work: manually wiring screens together one connection at a time. It scans your frames left-to-right, detects the primary CTA on each, and wires an entire flow — scroll behaviors, loading auto-advances, bottom sheets and all — in seconds.

Prototyping a 10–30 screen of flow by hand can eat hours of repetitive click-drag-connect. Auto Prototype turns that into a single click, so designers can walk into a stakeholder review or critique with a clickable prototype ready — and spend their time on the design, not the plumbing. It's live in the Figma Community with a growing base of users.

I designed and shipped this end to end — concept, interaction model, the plugin UI, and the logic that makes the magic feel reliable: smart CTA detection by layer pattern, configurable transitions and easing, "wire from here" for mid-flow edits, and auto-clear so every run starts clean. It started as a fix for my own friction and became a tool other designers use daily. The same instinct as the rest of my work — remove the friction so the good ideas come easier
