I designed the web experience end to end, and the education module on mobile — turning a dense, rule-heavy government program into something that feels simple, trustworthy, and human. Powerful made quiet, and kind.
Open to millions of newborns, and opt-in — so the experience is what stands between a family and a $1,000 head start for their kid. Design here isn't decoration; it's whether they claim the benefit or miss it.
